Let me paint you a picture.
It’s evening. You’ve had back-to-back clients, answered a hundred messages, made the decisions, handled the admin and somehow also made dinner. You sit down with the intention of posting on Instagram because you know you should, you know it matters, and you open the app.
And your brain just… goes completely blank.
You type something. Read it back. Hate it. Delete it. Type it again. Forty minutes later, nothing is posted and you feel worse than when you started.
Sound familiar? Good. Because that’s exactly why I built Content².
The problem isn’t you. It’s decision fatigue.
I’ve spent over 12 years working with small business owners across social media, digital marketing and events. And the pattern I kept seeing wasn’t a lack of ideas or a lack of effort – it was exhaustion.
These were brilliant, talented people – beauty therapists, coaches, event organisers, consultants – who were absolutely exceptional at their jobs and completely depleted by the time it came to their content.
The issue isn’t motivation. It’s that by 9pm, your decision-making capacity is genuinely spent. The mental energy required to sit down, choose a topic, structure a caption, write it, edit it and post it – that’s a lot to ask of a brain that’s already given everything to the actual job.
Knowing that was the starting point for everything.

What makes it different from ChatGPT or other AI tools?
This is the question I get asked most, and it’s a fair one.
Generic AI tools are extraordinarily powerful – but they require you to know what to ask them. Crafting a good prompt that produces a great caption takes skill, time and practice. It’s a whole other job in itself.
Content² is different because the prompting structure is already built in.
